A feather light water based lip-tint with great pigmentation for everyday use
Spoiler: If you have not used it, just buy it already. It is a must try product especially for people who love natural rosy lips.
Product Claim: Lip lacquer which makes your lips a flower-like bloom with smooth and soft velvety touch. An airy weightless texture, but you can get bold color and moisture.
Price: 750 INR (bought from beautybarn.com, but product is available on others sites as well.)
Qty: 8 g
Made in Korea (I absolutely love Korea's innovative make-up products)
My Experience: I bought the shade Bright plum after reading lots of reviews. Good that I did not go by the name of the color. The shade is actually a beautiful strawberry red with a hint of pink and purple tone making it an excellent everyday shade which would suit every skin tone. It gives you those natural rosy lips and instantly brightens up the face.
Sometimes I use it with lip balm and sometimes without it and I never face any discomfort either way. In fact, it stays on lips better without a balm. Once applied, the formula dries into a feather soft matte. It is very gentle on the lips and even on dry lips, doesn't feel dry. However, it does settle in fine lines after a few hours while wearing out. I usually top it up with another lipstick but it does look good even on its own. The staying power is 4-5 hours. The below photo is taken with just one coat of Peripera lip tint without lip balm.
Pros:
1. Comes with a very efficient doe-foot applicator which makes applying the color very easy, effortless and precise.
2. Hides all pigmentation in just one coat
3. Truly light-as-air texture
4. Spreads well and evenly making lips look naturally beautiful
5. Stays well for about 4-5 hours
6. Doesn't bleed.
7. Has mild refreshing fragrance.
8. Doesn't need a balm underneath thanks to its moisturising formula.
Cons:
1. When it wears out, it stays in fine lines.
2. Not easily available in India.
Overall verdict: Absolutely recommended for most natural look for everyday basis.
Lots of love, Neha
